Welcome to our E-Rate BLOG!!

Updated: Jan 23, 2019

Hello!! My name is Jerome Browning. I’m a new State E-Rate Coordinator for the State of Utah. I come from the State of Alabama. I have been a State E-Rate Coordinator for over 16 years and I've been in the program since it began. Sabrina Scott has now retired and I will try to fill her shoes. My office is here with the Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN) on the Utah University campus. I assist with the statewide network consortia applications, among other E-Rate Program related duties, and I support you with your E-Rate needs as well.
