We are looking over the specifications of this order and the impact for FY2020 as well as FY2021 and beyond Category 2 applications. This may take a day or so to get a firm understanding and some clarification as needed.
I had already planned to provide webinar training in updating your E-Rate profiles in EPC next week. I will now add the Category 2 Updates to that agenda as well. Please take a look and "Write a Comment" to this post to include any question that you may have.

It is my intention to get at least one representative from each school district. I would like the Account Administrator to attend with a set up to observe the webinar on one screen or device and open their EPC profile for review on another (or use of multiple screens).
Both of the primary topics for this session to be offered on these three optional dates/times are important for the FY2020 Category 2 Applications and the UETN Consortia applications. Please plan to attend at least one of these optional dates. Each webinar should cover the same topics EPC Profile Maintenance/EPC Administration Window & The Category 2 Report and Order Preparation for FY2020 and Beyond.

If you do not have an Account Administrator you may be requested to attend a separate webinar or to set up an appointment with me to discuss the process.
