E-Rate Deadline Approaching Fast - Need Help??

As we approach the 1-week mark before the E-Rate FY2019 Form 471 Filing Window close (March 27,2019), I wanted to give you an update on the FY2019 counts so far. Considering many factors that relate to the Category 2 Budget and other factors that may be applicable, the overall count of form 471’s filed from FY2018 vs. FY2019 (to date) is down by 67 Form 471 apps filed by School Districts.

I know there are many of you who are diligently working on your Form 470 and Contract processing necessary to prepare for the final Form 471 filing prior to the deadline. If you need assistance or just want to have someone look over your process please contact me.

I will be available to assist you by appointment or through planned Form 471 Filing Lab sessions. These sessions are open and are meant for a scheduled time to assist you in filing Form 471s. There is no formal agenda just a planned open lab with Q&A as needed on a first come first served basis. In the event you join in the session please sign in with the Chat tool (Name, school district, contact info.. (etc.)) and if I’m assisting others please wait and observe.
